Regional marketing communications lead (Ejido Guadalajara)

About the Role

We are looking for a marketing communications professional who can take ownership of regional initiatives across the Americas and translate ideas into impactful execution. This role plays a key part in strengthening brand presence through a mix of content development, event management, and digital activation. Rather than focusing purely on strategy or execution, this position sits at the intersection of both — requiring someone comfortable rolling up their sleeves while also contributing to broader communication direction. Success in this role will come from the ability to work cross‑functionally, build alignment with stakeholders, and consistently deliver high‑quality outputs in a fast‑moving environment.

What You Will Be Doing

• Take the lead in shaping and delivering communication initiatives that support marketing objectives, ensuring consistency across channels and touchpoints.
• Develop engaging materials — from written content to campaign assets — tailored to different audiences and formats.
• Play an active role in organizing and executing key marketing activities, including webinars and industry events; plan, coordinate, and ensure a smooth and professional experience for participants and stakeholders.
• Contribute to social media efforts, particularly paid campaigns, including setup, monitoring results, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Help maintain communication calendars and support product‑related announcements and launches.
• Partner with internal teams, providing support for their communication needs through event materials, branding elements, or tailored content.
• Support initiatives related to company visibility such as award submissions and external recognition efforts, and provide communication support in sensitive situations when required.

What We Are Looking For

• A solid background in marketing communications with hands‑on experience across content creation, events, and digital initiatives.
• Confidence in communicating with different stakeholders, including senior leaders, and the ability to adapt style depending on the audience.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Practical experience with webinar platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams) and organizing larger‑scale events.
• Familiarity with digital marketing practices, including paid social media and a basic understanding of SEO.
• Experience tracking campaign performance and using insights to refine future activities.
• A solution‑oriented mindset with energy, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Comfort working in a collaborative, international environment with colleagues across regions and time zones.
• Experience with video creation or design tools such as Vyond is a plus.

Education and Skills

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is expected.

Strong project‑management capabilities and familiarity with digital tools and platforms, combined with an analytical mindset, will support your success in this position.
