About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Project Manager to support internal communications and marketing initiatives by managing the delivery of design and video-based projects end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Execution

• Manage planning, execution, and delivery of creative and design projects
• Oversee 8–15 concurrent projects
• Track timelines, deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met
• Identify risks early and proactively adjust timelines
• Maintain organized workflows and documentation

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and creative teams
• Manage intake, scoping, and prioritization
• Coordinate feedback, approvals, and updates
• Ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and expectations

Creative Collaboration

• Partner with designers, video producers, and editors
• Support storyboarding and asset execution
• Ensure brand alignment and quality
• Incorporate feedback into final deliverables

Budget & Resource Management

• Track budgets and rates
• Prepare budget reports
• Balance workloads across resources
• Ensure efficient allocation across projects

✅ Requirements

Experience

• Proven experience in creative or design project management
• Strong preference for agency experience
• Experience managing multiple projects/clients simultaneously
• Exposure to B2B environments (preferred)
• Tech/SaaS experience (nice to have)

Technical Skills

• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Project management tools (Monday, Clickup, Jira, or similar)
• Budget and timeline tracking experience
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma is a plus

Compensation (Direct Contractor)

37,000 – 45,000 MXN net/month
