Human Resources Intern

Work Summary

1. Keeping abreast of business dynamics in various departments and providing HR solutions

3. Support HR Specialist

4. Guide management workers to apply company HR related policies, law regulations, processes, and tools.

Main tasks and responsibilities

  1. Understand the business development plan of the department, interpret and understand its needs and expectations for human resources work in a timely manner, and provide professional solutions and suggestions, including human resources management process, organization, employee motivation, personnel selection and training, corporate culture activities, etc.
  2. Support & Learn for staff recruitment, onboarding, and cultural events.
  3. Support for the collection and research of relevant labor and personnel policies and regulations and HR market information and provide opinions and suggestions for HR policy and process development to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
  4. Develop employee communication plans to promote effective communication between employees and management and to create a corporate culture.
  5. Guide workers to apply company HR related policies, law regulations, processes and tools
  6. Assist in HR internal audit
  7. Support in the requirements of IATF16949/ISO45001/ISO14001/AEO (Customs: Accredited Operator) standards to ensure the effective operation of the KOS documents.
  8. Support for training and developing employees, helping them to excel, ensuring effective implementation of performance evaluation (CID) and succession planning, and continuous improvement to enhance employee engagement.
  9. Complete other work tasks as explained by the leader.

Qualification

Education: Currently studying for a bachelor’s degree

Work experience:

  • None or at least six months in administrative roles

Knowledge:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Good attitude
