Como Operations Associate, trabajarás directamente con el Head of Operations para asegurar que nuestros procesos sean tan inteligentes como nuestra tecnología. Buscamos a alguien con mentalidad de "dueño", que no tenga miedo de ensuciarse las manos y que quiera aprender cómo se escala una startup de IA desde adentro.
¿Qué harás?
- Optimización de Procesos: Identificarás fallas en el flujo actual y diseñarás e implementarás mejoras en Onboarding, Customer Success y Soporte.
- Intervención Estratégica: Entrarás directo a cuentas que necesiten ayuda, proponiendo y ejecutando soluciones para mejorar la experiencia del cliente.
- Análisis Basado en Datos: Utilizarás Excel/Sheets para analizar métricas operativas y encontrar oportunidades de mejora.
- Voz del Cliente: Recolectarás feedback crítico de los usuarios para ayudar al equipo de producto a priorizar el roadmap.
- Documentación: Crearás la "biblia" de nuestros procesos para que el equipo pueda crecer de forma ordenada.

- Entusiasta de la IA: Te emociona la tecnología y tienes curiosidad natural por aprender sobre prompt engineering y automatización.
- Hands‑on: Te motiva probar los sistemas, encontrar errores y proponer soluciones técnicas o de proceso.
