Fotógrafo arquitectónico
AeroFrohne LLC
Este es un puesto de contratista independiente por proyecto para un fotógrafo arquitectónico que apoyará proyectos de AeroFrohne en Chimalhuacán, Estado de México. Las responsabilidades incluyen fotografía arquitectónica profesional, fotografía inmobiliaria, captura de interiores y exteriores, composición, iluminación, coordinación de listas de tomas, QA/QC y entrega de conjuntos de fotos listos para el cliente conforme a los requisitos del proyecto. Se requiere comunicación sólida, disciplina de agenda, coordinación en sitio y conducta profesional en campo.
Responsabilidades
- Capturar entregables de fotografía arquitectónica, interiores, exteriores, propiedades comerciales e inmobiliarias de alta calidad para proyectos de clientes.
- Coordinar con equipos de proyecto de AeroFrohne, clientes y contactos del sitio para alinear listas de tomas, horarios, acceso al sitio y expectativas de captura.
- Revisar y realizar QA/QC de composiciones, iluminación, exposición, líneas verticales, consistencia de color y conjuntos de fotos editados según los requisitos del proyecto.
- Apoyar flujos de documentación en campo cuando la fotografía se combine con captura con dron, Matterport, Scan to BIM u otros entregables de AeroFrohne.
- Subir, organizar y entregar archivos de imagen conforme a los estándares de nomenclatura, resolución y entrega de AeroFrohne.
- Mantener comunicación profesional, disciplina de agenda y conducta lista para el cliente durante asignaciones en campo.
Requisitos
- Experiencia profesional en fotografía arquitectónica, fotografía inmobiliaria, interiores, propiedades comerciales o documentación AEC.
- Dominio de flujos de trabajo con cámaras DSLR o mirrorless, captura arquitectónica con gran angular, trípode, bracketing y software de edición fotográfica.
- Capacidad para capturar verticales limpias, interiores balanceados, elevaciones exteriores, detalles y conjuntos de imágenes listos para el cliente.
- Acceso confiable a equipo profesional de cámara, lentes, trípode y flujo de edición.
- Disponibilidad para apoyar asignaciones de captura en campo por proyecto en Chimalhuacán, Estado de México.
- Puede requerirse una investigación de antecedentes penales.
- Se requiere URL de portafolio y URL de currículum.
