Your Contribution

Your Contribution :

• Review the accounting operation, standardize accounting procedures following the reporting GAAPs and Local GAAPs.
• Analyze financial information and consolidate financial statements.
• Coordinate and standardize the accounting procedures according with reporting guideline.
• Review journal entries, ensuring accuracy and backup.
• Prepare the GL closing in coordination with different departments.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Review intercompany transactions.
• Report financial information to HQ on a monthly basis.
• Prepare annual and semiannual reporting packages.

Your Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• 2+ years in accounting areas.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office, mainly Excel.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Self‑motivated, customer‑oriented and detail‑oriented.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP Hanna) is an important plus – preferred.
