Senior SMT Manufacturing Process Engineer

The responsibilities include equipment capability validation, new technology evaluation, and standardization of Visual Factory tools. Expertise in project management and proficiency in English are essential. Strong knowledge of machine operation and SMT metrics is required. This role emphasizes continuous improvement through sharing best practices.
