What You'll Be Doing

Strategy & Governance

Define the experience communications strategy. Establish governance standards for content, branding, compliance and data use. Develop lifecycle communication frameworks. Partner with CX, UX, Product, Marketing, Legal and IT.

Communications & Email Operations

Own transactional, lifecycle and system-triggered communications. Build and optimize automation programs within CRM/ESP platforms. Manage segmentation, personalization and trigger logic. Ensure QA, deliverability and operational excellence.

Content & Experience Management

Align communications with content governance, SEO and web experiences. Approve communications for quality, consistency, accessibility and compliance. Maintain reusable templates and design standards.

Analytics & Optimization

Define KPIs and reporting. Lead testing and optimization. Use data to improve customer journeys.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years in digital communications, email operations, customer experience or related field.
• B2B technology, distribution, digital commerce or enterprise platform experience.
• Hands-on experience with Eloqua.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS, automation, segmentation, QA and deliverability.
• Experience in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More

(Optional): Communication lifecycle. Experience with UX.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid: This position is part of a hybrid work arrangement requiring employee to be in office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with the option to work remotely on Monday and Friday.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate

$53,350.00 - $80,000.00 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
