Principal functions :

• Monitoring and alerts (OEM, Shell scripting)
• Performance and Tuning (Profiles, Hints, AWR/ADDM, Indexes, Defragmentation)
• Backup and Recovery (RMAN/Datapump)
• Ticketing management (Service Now)
• Application requests (Version One User histories)
• Oracle Upgrades, Patching, Refreshes/Migrations. Oracle Database Troubleshooting

• Conversational English (upper intermediate-advanced)
• Unix/Linux/Windows
• Oracle Database 12 and 19c versions
• AWS RDS
• OCI Autonomous

*Hybrid scheme work: CDMX, Querétaro, Guadalajara o Monterrey.
