FP&A COE P&CI Leader

Liderar el monitoreo del marco de control interno y la gestión de riesgos de las unidades operativas, asegurando el cumplimiento de los planes de revisión y fortaleciendo los controles de la organización.
- Coordinar el plan de revisiones On site/SLAs del marco de control local.
- Definir la metodología de Monitoreo para las unidades operativas en las distintas regiones de la OPCO (ej. Cedis, plantas, malteras, SIX, etc)
- Asegurar la ejecución del plan de monitoreo de riesgos central a través del lanzamiento a las áreas funcionales de Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) y dashboards de control en las frecuencias establecidas.
- Facilitar la actualización de los esquemas de valuación del control interno y regulación operativa con el equipo Risk Management y sus áreas funcionales.
- Carrera terminada en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Administración, Ingeniería Industrial o afín.
- Más de 3 años de experiencia en FP&A, Control Interno, Riesgos, Auditoría Financiera o áreas relacionadas.
- Conocimiento en evaluación de controles, monitoreo de riesgos, KRIs y dashboards.
- Inglés avanzado.
- Habilidades de análisis, liderazgo y comunicación con equipos multifuncionales.
