Position Objective:

• Define, implement, and govern IT engineering practices—including SDLC, DevSecOps, QA, and processes—by developing platforms and reusable standards (pipelines, testing frameworks, process models) and ensuring their adoption by development, project, and operations teams. The goal is to increase the quality, security, and speed of delivering IT solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the corporate SDLC and solution development frameworks, establishing phases, deliverables, roles, and quality criteria.
• Design, implement, and operate corporate CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps services, integrating security controls, automated tests, and controlled deployment practices to provide reusable continuous delivery capabilities to all development teams.
• Establish the organization’s QA and test automation strategy, defining coverage criteria, test types, and tools; developing frameworks and automation libraries; and driving the transition from a traditional testing model to one based on automation and team responsibility.
• Define and govern IT processes and the CMDB data model from a standard perspective, aligning these processes with reference frameworks (ITIL, COBIT) and ensuring their consistent implementation across corporate tools, including reflection in SILVA and monitoring platforms.
• Measure and improve the maturity of engineering and quality practices through KPIs (pipeline adoption, automation percentage, production defects, SDLC compliance, audit findings), identifying gaps and leading improvement plans in collaboration with responsible teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related IT field.
• Advanced technical English proficiency.
• Knowledge and experience: 10+ years in IT, with a background in: software development, QA / test automation, DevOps / DevSecOps, and/or platform engineering. Experience leading teams in engineering practices, QA, DevOps, or IT processes. Knowledge of IT governance frameworks (ITIL, COBIT) and process design. Ability to communicate effectively at an executive level.
