Safety Culture Leader & Compliance Strategist

Brown-Forman Corporation is looking for a Safety Leader in Mexico, Jalisco, to foster a culture of safety and ensure compliance with all Mexican safety regulations. The role involves supervising safety training, leading safety initiatives, and monitoring compliance.
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of leadership experience in safety, strong analytical and communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Proactive engagement in generating a safety culture is a must.
