Team Leader Last Mile

Responsabilidades principales:
Administración y coordinación de la operación de primera línea, que pueden incluir entrada de datos, actividades de rampa, clasificación y rastreo.
Monitorear y evaluar las cargas de ruta para garantizar el equilibrio de la carga de trabajo y la flexibilidad de la fuerza laboral garantizando la máxima eficiencia y eficacia en el servicio.
Revisión y presentación de indicadores de la operación.
Requisitos:
Dos años en adelante de experiencia en mensajería.
Bachillerato concluido.
Disponibilidad de horarios.
Ofrecemos:
Salario mensual acorde a experiencia 100% nómina.
