Marketing Strategist

We're an Architecture + Interior Design Studio doing work across Mexico, the US, and honestly wherever the right clients are.

We've got the presence. The content. The team.

What we DON'T have yet is the strategic brain that ties it all together and turns attention into actual clients.

That's the role. Marketing Strategist. 

We need someone who ACTUALLY knows what works. not "i took a course" knows. Like… You've run the paid campaigns, you've lived inside Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics, you know how to make SEO, content, and lead gen actually move the number.

Are you that person?

A few real requirements:

- native or near-native English (non-negotiable)

- 3+ years in digital marketing, ideally high-value services (design, luxury, real estate)

- You can lead a creative team without being a jerk about it (our Team Culture is vital to us)

- Daily presence in our office in Leon Gto.
