Puesto de trabajo

Coordinate and administration of the personal activities and the team work assigned in order to obtain the establish goals of security, quality, productivity, efficiency and cost, using tools and established methods for the detection and response to abnormalities and focused in the continuous improvement.

Obligaciones y responsabilidades laborales

• Ensure that the operators comply with work instructions WIs, through process audits. Give talks of 5 minutos at the beginning of the shift.
• Promote work under the "continuous improvement" system, serving as a facilitator.
• Train operators in work instructions.
• Identify and implement improvements in workstations and methods, tools and equipment.
• Respond as a first level to the escalation plan whenever necessary, to try to avoid the stoppage of production lines.
