You will leverage advanced analytics, financial planning expertise, and innovative AI-powered solutions to drive forecasting accuracy, improve business performance, and identify opportunities that create value.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to deliver actionable financial insights and strategic decision support
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes to support business objectives and resource allocation
• Analyze financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions
• Monitor business results through reporting and early-warning indicators to drive proactive decision-making
• Evaluate investments, projects, and business cases through robust financial analysis and profitability assessments
• Drive forecast accuracy improvements by ensuring data integrity and delivering value-added recommendations
• Champion process optimization, reporting automation, and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and business outcomes

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis within a complex organization
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and effectively partner with cross-functional teams
• Experience supporting strategic planning, investment evaluations, and performance management processes
• Fluent English communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to diverse audiences is a must.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry, with an understanding of commercial and financial value drivers
• Experience leveraging artificial intelligence, data visualization, and business intelligence tools to enhance forecasting, reporting, and business decision-making
