Senior 3D Architectural & Interior Visualization Artist (SketchUp + Lumion / D5) -Luxury Residential

Job Description:

We are a high-end residential design firm based in Palm Beach, Florida, specializing in luxury outdoor and indoor living environments. Our projects demand a high level of design sophistication, and we are seeking elite freelance 3D visualization artists to bring architectural and interior concepts to life.

We are looking for top-tier 3D artists with proven experience in residential architecture and interior design visualization , with advanced skills in SketchUp and Lumion or D5 Render .

This role is for professionals who understand how to communicate space, light, materials, and atmosphere at a luxury level—not just create models.

What You’ll Do:

Develop detailed 3D models from architectural drawings, CAD plans, and design concepts

Produce high-end, photorealistic renderings of interiors and exterior architecture

Collaborate with our design team to refine materials, lighting, and composition

Deliver consistent, high-quality visual outputs aligned with our brand standards

Requirements:

Expert-level proficiency in SketchUp + Lumion or D5 Render

Strong experience in residential architecture and/or interior design projects

Deep understanding of lighting, materials, textures, and spatial composition

Ability to interpret architectural plans and interior design packages accurately

Strong communication and ability to work independently in a remote setting

Preferred (Bonus):

Experience with 3ds Max or other advanced rendering tools

Animation / walkthrough capabilities

Experience working with U.S.-based residential design firms

High-end residential architecture and/or interior design projects

Photorealistic renderings using SketchUp + Lumion or D5

Strong use of lighting, materials, and composition

Applications without relevant portfolio examples will not be considered.

Assessment Process:

Qualified candidates will complete a paid test project to evaluate modeling accuracy, rendering quality, and workflow efficiency.
