Position Summary

Internal Communications & Employee Engagement Intern – Guadalajara, Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Support the development, planning, and execution of internal communications that promote employee engagement and a transparent culture.
• Assist with administrative support for the Human Resources team, contributing to daily operations and ongoing projects.
• Maintain and update HR documentation, including local policies, procedures, internal regulations, and employee records.
• Help coordinate and organize employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal activities.
• Support the definition and use of communication channels, media, and design tools for internal projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to ensure consistent and engaging communication messaging.

Qualifications

• Active student or recent graduate of a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree.
• Educational background in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, SharePoint, MS Teams, Outlook, MS Stream).
• Experience or familiarity with design tools such as Canva and Photoshop.
• Strong time‑management skills and a sense of urgency, with the ability to turn ideas into action.
