About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our team in the metal-mechanical industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a young professional eager to grow in precision mechanics and industrial maintenance, working in a dynamic and hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance, assembly, and testing of mechanical components
• Work with precision measurement tools: Calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, bore gauges
• Perform: Bearing assembly/disassembly and Machine preparation for maintenance (mechanical & chemical cleaning)
• Interpret basic technical drawings
• Assist with Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): Liquid penetrant testing, Visual inspection (UT/MT knowledge is a plus)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in:
• Mechanical Engineering
• Mechatronics
• Industrial Technologies or related fields
• OR technical diploma with relevant hands-on experience

Required Skills

• Proficiency in: Microsoft Word, Excel, Email (Outlook or equivalent)
• Languages: English: Intermediate (technical reading and workplace communication)

Mobility

Based in Santa Catarina or willing to relocate
