HORARIO
⏰ Lunes a viernes de 11:00 a.m. a 7:00 p.m.
Descanso rolado en fin de semana

REQUISITOS:
✅ Bachillerato concluido, Licenciatura trunca o en curso
✅ Experiencia en Call Center en campañas de: medios digitales, Back Office, Mesa de Control o Chat
✅ Excelente actitud de servicio y seguimiento
✅ Facilidad para trabajar con diferentes canales de atención
ACTIVIDAD:
Seguimiento a pólizas de seguros .
Asesoría a asegurados sobre coberturas y uso del plan de beneficios , vía CHAT.
Atención y seguimiento de endosos y modificaciones de póliza .
Consulta y orientación sobre referencias y procesos de pago .
Trámite, seguimiento y reporte de movimientos de póliza:
- Altas.
- Bajas.
- Modificaciones.
- Mantenimiento de pólizas.
- Casos especiales.
- Seguimiento a procesos de cobranza .
- Apoyo en procesos de renovación de pólizas .
- Registro y seguimiento de solicitudes hasta su conclusión.
