Responsible for carrying out the processes of recruitment, selection and hiring, through the search, identification, attraction and selection of the appropriate administrative personnel Direct and Indirect for the company, for which he explores internal and external recruitment sources, conducts interviews, among others personal selection protocols.

Duties

• Determine the profiles required in vacant positions, such as their activities, responsibilities, among others.
• Complies with the policies and procedures established for its activity.
• Performs internal and external publications of all positions (using the necessary means of communication).
• Receives and maintains control of requests for direct, indirect and temporary personnel by executing the recruitment for hiring.
• Conducts candidate searches through various sources of recruitment: the Internet, recommendations, recruitment fairs, and any avenues available for agile recruitment.
• Receives resumes, filters, analyzes and delivers for greater effectiveness and efficiency to the superior in charge.
• Makes offer analysis and offer letters, establishing the salary and benefits of the candidates for administrative positions.
• Works closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for every role.
• Make sure to integrate the files of the contracted personnel with the documents required in the checklist, stories as your organization.
• Responsible for the welcoming process of all the new hiring employees, delivering their contract and badge, informing them of their benefits, job description and vacancy objectives, etc.
• Discharges new administrative employees into the TRESS and DAYFORCE system.
• Participates in recruitment fairs to ensure the existence of candidates.
• Make purchase orders in Human Resources of vests for new hiring personnel.
• Welcomes and organizational announcements of new administrative employees.
• Certain other activities or responsibilities inherent to the position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree Business Administration, Psychology, Communication, Education or Master's or/and specialization in Administration or Human Recruitment (desirable).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position.
• English (80% conversational and written).
• Management and skills of office packages.
• Knowledge and excellent management of the TRESS system.
• Extensive knowledge in the Federal Labor Law.
• Computer knowledge (Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, etc ) ERP Experience
• Valid US Visa.

Responsable de realizar los procesos de reclutamiento, selección y contratación, mediante la búsqueda, identificación, atracción y selección del personal Directo e Indirecto, idóneo para la empresa, para lo cual explora fuentes internas y externas de reclutamiento, conduce entrevistas, entre otros protocolos de selección de personal.

Tareas

• Determina los perfiles requeridos en los puestos vacantes, como sus actividades, responsabilidades, entre otros.
• Cumple las políticas y procedimientos establecidos para su actividad.
• Realiza las publicaciones internas y externas de todas las vacantes (utilizando los medios de comunicación necesarios para ello).
• Recibe y lleva el control de requisiciones de personal directo, indirecto y temporal ejecutando el reclutamiento para su contratación.
• Conduce búsquedas de candidatos mediante distintas fuentes de reclutamiento: Internet, recomendaciones, ferias de reclutamiento y cualquier vía al alcance para un reclutamiento ágil.
• Recibe currículos, filtra, analiza y entrega para una mayor efectividad y eficacia al superior a cargo.
• Realiza análisis salariales y elabora cartas oferta, estableciendo el salario y prestaciones de los candidatos para puestos administrativos.
• Trabaja a la par con las gerencias para mejor comprensión de las necesidades de contratación de cada rol.
• Se asegura de integrar los expedientes del personal contratado con los documentos requeridos en los check list, tales como su organización.
• Se encarga del proceso de bienvenida de todos los empleados de nuevo ingreso, entregando su contrato y gafete, informándole de sus prestaciones, descripción de puesto y objetivos de la vacante, etc.
• Da las altas de los nuevos empleados administrativos en el sistema TRESS y DAYFORCE.
• Participa en las ferias de reclutamiento para asegurar la existencia de candidatos.
• Realiza ordenes de compras en Recursos Humanos para chalecos de nuevo ingreso.
• Da la bienvenida y los anuncios organizacionales de los nuevos empleados administrativos.
• Algunas otras actividades o responsabilidades inherentes al puesto.

Requisitos

• Licenciatura en Administración, Psicología, Comunicación, Educación o Maestría/Especialización en Administración o Reclutamiento (deseable).
• Al menos 2 años de experiencia en posiciones similares.
• Inglés (80% conversacional y escrito).
• Habilidades y conocimientos en paquetería office.
• Conocimiento y manejo de sistema TRESS.
• Conocimiento en Ley Federal de Trabajo.
• Conocimiento en computación (office: Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
• Visa vigente.
