Responsibilities

• Operate within the production area, developing, implementing and managing manufacturing methods, processes and sequence of operations.
• Define process requirements, working procedures, and provide equipment recommendations for product lines.
• Execute Process-FMEA analyses, identify potential failure sources, and implement measures to eliminate operational risks.
• Define process control methodologies and manage statistical process control systems to analyze out-of-control situations.
• Liaise with Quality Assurance to respond to customer inquiries and with Design Engineers to coordinate the launch of new products.
• Apply senior engineering know-how, methods, tools and principles across technical subjects.
• Analyze deficiencies and propose technical improvements for processes and infrastructure systems.
• Contribute to planning, design, realization, and implementation phases of regional or global investments.
• Plan, prepare, and realize infrastructure implementation (planning, programming, configuring, installing or commissioning systems or applications).
• Lead local projects or workstreams (often labeled as C-Projects).
• Brief and cooperate with external providers, monitor service level, deliveries, and related cost.
• Provide local support and consultancy on dedicated technical systems as System or Product Owner.
