Serás la voz de Rappi para nuestros usuarios y una pieza clave para mejorar su experiencia. Tu impacto irá más allá de resolver contactos: identificarás oportunidades para eliminar fricciones, mejorar procesos y generar insights que ayuden a construir una experiencia más simple, eficiente y confiable para millones de usuarios.
Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:
- Brindando atención excepcional a usuarios a través de chat, llamadas y tickets.
- Resolviendo casos de manera rápida, efectiva y empática.
- Identificando oportunidades para reducir contactos repetidos y mejorar la experiencia del usuario.
- Detectando patrones y generando insights que contribuyan a optimizar procesos, automatizar soluciones y escalar la operación.
- Colaborando con equipos de Customer Experience, Producto y Operaciones para impulsar mejoras continuas.
- Contribuyendo a la retención y satisfacción de usuarios mediante una resolución efectiva de problemas.
¿Qué buscamos en ti?
- 1 a 3 años de experiencia en Customer Service, Contact Centers o soporte al cliente.
- Experiencia en empresas digitales, marketplaces, startups o industrias con altos estándares de servicio será unplus.
- Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Mentalidad analítica y orientación a la resolución de problemas.
- Empatía genuina por el usuario y pasión por ofrecer experiencias excepcionales.
- Capacidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos y orientados a resultados.
✨Condiciones
- Full-time: Lunes a Domingo de 12pm a 9pm (Incluida hora de comida).
