La posición de Lead es responsable de gestionar y organizar los recursos para la ejecución de las tareas operativas diarias.
Guiar y liderar al equipo operativo para el logro de los objetivos y el cumplimiento de indicadores, además asegura que los procesos del área se lleven a cabo de forma correcta y apegados a las normas de seguridad.
Principales Responsabilidades
- Garantizar que los procesos: recibo, surtido, embarque, ubicación de pallets (Put away) así como cuadre y captura, se cumplan en tiempo y forma.
- Aplicar sus habilidades y experiencia para el logro de los estándares de productividad establecidos: cargas, descargas, veracidad de inventario, registro de entradas-salidas en tiempo y forma.
- Asegurar que las necesidades de los clientes estén cubiertas (sin daños en los pallets o en el producto resguardado).
