Team Overview

Being part of the Operations team gives you a unique opportunity to help drive growth at one of the fastest-growing companies in the region. This data-driven role requires a rare combination of analytical thinking, consumer empathy, operational excellence, and strong interpersonal skills.

You will work closely with a high-performing team to launch, scale, and optimize DiDi’s business across Latin America. Be prepared for a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly challenging environment. There is never a dull moment!

In this role, you will constantly seek scalable solutions while overseeing critical growth initiatives across the business. Your analyses, processes, and projects will directly contribute to DiDi’s expansion and success in LATAM.

Role Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of DiDi's growth in your region.
• Build deep insights and understanding of the business and product features trough project management, stakeholder management, and be data driven ALWAYS.
• Design and implement initiatives to improve business and product indicators, being able to leverage data for the decision-making process.
• Optimize processes and strategies to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Support the execution of high-impact growth initiatives across multiple markets.
• Ensure collaboration with multiple stakeholders to improve operational productivity & user experience.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Strategy, Marketing, Product, and Data teams.
• Balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well.
  • Balancing those can be challenging, but this should be our strength.

Role Qualifications

Currently enrolled Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business, Administation, Mathematic or such related field

Proficiency with Excel

Experience with data analysis tools such as Python, SQL (it's a plus)

Data driven decision making and strong analytical thinking.

Studies with data-based decision-making, exercising good judgment in ambiguous circumstances, and effectively communicating across a diverse team.

Abilities to have optimal communication with all stakeholders, follow up on the project, and deliver results.

Creative approaches to solve complex issues and use data driven thinking to back those ideas.

Proficiency in English & Spanish.
