• GL Accounting Team Leader / Manager (USA/LATAM Scope)

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in accounting/finance within an international or SSC environment

Key Responsibilities / Requirements:

• Leadership & team management: oversee GL accountants, drive performance and KPIs
• Strong accounting expertise: General Ledger, month-end close, financial reporting
• Solid knowledge of IFRS and global accounting standards
• Ensure compliance with PCAOB/internal controls and audit requirements
• Stakeholder management and process improvement in a shared service environment

Languages:

• Advanced English (required)
• Portuguese is a plus, but not mandatory

✅ What You MUST Have (All Roles)

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in General Ledger / Accounting roles (SSC or multinational environment preferred)
• Strong knowledge of General Ledger, month-end closing, and financial reporting
• Solid understanding of IFRS accounting standards
• Experience working with internal controls and PCAOB compliance frameworks
• Advanced English (mandatory) ; Portuguese is a plus (especially for Team Leader)
