We are currently looking for a Sales Coordinator to join us at Monterrey . If you want to make a difference and work for a purpose-led company, please read on.

The Role

Coordinate, develop and implement the commercial strategy for the product line marketed, ensuring compliance with sales, profitability and market share objectives through the management of key clients, distributors and strategic projects.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the sales strategy for marketed products
• Prospect for new clients and business opportunities.
• Develop and execute regional sales plans.
• Analyze sales indicators and generate action plans.
• Coordinate sales forecasts.
• Maintain up-to-date market and competitor information.

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree completed. Desirable: Specialization or diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales positions within the construction industry, preferably in PVC pipe sales or related products.
• B2B sales experience.
• Strategic market development and sales strategy.
• Analytical thinking, people management, active listening, and communication skills.
• Conversational English is essential.
• Availability to travel within and outside the country
