Global ServiceNow Platform Lead (AI‑Driven Ops)

AstraZeneca is seeking a ServiceNow Manager based in Guadalajara, Mexico, to lead a team responsible for ensuring the availability and performance of the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will mentor platform professionals and manage day-to-day platform operations.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of ServiceNow experience and 10+ years in IT, with a solid understanding of ITSM modules. This position includes responsibilities in vendor management, performance monitoring, and driving the integration of AI capabilities into the platform.
