Medical Planner (Guadalajara)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics processes, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction while applying corrective actions when necessary.
• Process and manage customer orders in the applicable systems, including payment verification and order release follow-up.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and effective issue resolution.
• Analyze forecasts, KPIs, inventory levels, and customer demand fluctuations to prevent supply chain disruptions and avoid line stoppages.
• Conduct negotiations and coordinate pricing updates, system corrections, and special credits while monitoring negative profit margins.
• Prepare and deliver periodic reports, including backlog, chip reload, and payment order reports, as required by customers or management.
• Monitor logistics and import regulation changes, investigate damaged shipments, and implement actions to minimize losses and operational impact.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in international business, foreign trade, economic administration or related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in planning, purchasing, materials control, or customer service in the electronics industry.
• Fluent in spoken and written English. Able to conduct conferences with internal and external clients.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Microsoft Office skills.

• Availability for occasional travel.
