Service Now – Consultant – Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX)

We are looking for an experienced Service Now Consultant with a passion for technology to work in a collaborative environment. The role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing Service Now solutions, especially for ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD modules.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Service Now solutions based on business requirements, including custom applications, integrations, and enhancements.
• Support and independently complete project tasks within an engagement team.
• Develop test plans, facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure solutions meet quality standards.
• Create clear technical documentation, user guides, and training materials; deliver training sessions to end‑users or client teams.
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements, process improvements, and adoption of Service Now best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with diverse, integral teams, manage competing priorities, and maintain professionalism in client and team interactions.

Qualifications

• Completion of a course of study or degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience configuring and customizing Service Now modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, web technologies (HTML, CSS), and integration methods (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Exposure to workflow automation and scripting within Service Now or comparable platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices and ITIL v3/v4 frameworks.
• Certifications: Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD), Service Now System Administrator (CSA), ITIL V4 Foundation.
