Job Description

• Verificar y asegurar que el producto derivado de su área cumpla con las especificaciones de producto; cumpliendo en frecuencia, tiempo y forma las inspecciones, y tomando acciones inmediatas en caso de encontrar anomalias. (dar aviso a calidad y al área origen)
• Conocer y comprender los objetivos en los indicadores de Seguridad, Eficiencia, Volumen, Desperdicio, PNC, Costos y Rendimientos, para así dirigir esfuerzos para su cumplimiento.
• Realizar mantenimiento preventivo; asegurando de hacerlo de manera eficiente y óptima.
• Mantener el área y equipos con Orden y Limpieza.
• Notificación de Producción, Desperdicio, Trazabilidad de Producto, Relevantes de la Operación y Demoras (Diario de Operación).
• Usar el equipo de protección personal aplicable a su área y usar el sistema LOTO.
• Monitorear el programa de producción para disparar cambios de diseño y/o cuando se tenga que cambiar de orden de producción.
• Dar aviso oportuno al área de transportación para la corrección de fallas en los equipos o mantenimientos correctivos necesarios.
• Asegurarse que todo producto que salga del área de paletizado esté notificado; es decir que esté identificado con su etiqueta correcta y correspondiente.
• Cumplir con las Buenas Practicas de Manufactura
