Associate - Contract Specialist

PwC busca una persona asociada en contratación, orientada al detalle y proactiva, para apoyar el ciclo completo de contratos con Profesionales de la Salud (HCP) y Organizaciones de Salud (HCO).
En este puesto, te asegurarás de que los contratos se creen, revisen y ejecuten con precisión y en cumplimiento de las políticas internas y las normas regulatorias.
Responsabilidades clave:
- Gestionar el ciclo de vida del contrato, incluyendo la recepción, redacción con plantillas estándar, revisión de cambios, firma electrónica, enmiendas y carga en el sistema.
- Completar los términos comerciales y confirmar las partes contratantes (personas expertas o empleadores).
- Corregir y revisar contratos para garantizar precisión y alineación con las políticas.
- Gestionar el envío de contratos para firma y mantener registros organizados y listos para auditoría.
- Colaborar con equipos legales para revisar solicitudes de cambios, facilitar enmiendas y ejecutar las modificaciones aprobadas.
- Apoyar la adopción de herramientas y tecnologías de automatización para mejorar la eficiencia.
- Aportar a la mejora de procesos, mejores prácticas y actividades de reporte del equipo.
Requisitos:
- Título en Derecho o áreas afines, con experiencia práctica revisando contratos a través de prácticas profesionales o experiencia laboral.
- Nivel avanzado de inglés, idiomas adicionales portugués y/o alemán (conversacional).
- Deseable conocimiento en cumplimiento y regulaciones del sector salud.
- Capacidad para gestionar un alto volumen de contratos con precisión y atención al detalle.
- Experiencia con SAP Ariba, Salesforce o DocuSign es un plus.
- Sólidas habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal para interactuar con personas interesadas en todos los niveles.
- Excelente organización, gestión del tiempo y capacidad de realizar múltiples tareas.
- Alto sentido de responsabilidad, adaptabilidad y espíritu de colaboración en equipo.
- Autonomía, proactividad y compromiso con la calidad en un entorno dinámico.
