The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing Warehouse, spare parts and maintenance management and developing strategies to achieve optimal results for machine maintenance. This role involves leading a team to ensure professional warehouse management and maintenance of LEGO equipment through preventive measures and control of spare parts.

Core Responsibilities

• Manager and coordinate Warehouse and Spare Parts
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance activities, including continuous improvement plans.
• Efficiently respond to production plan changes.
• Solve problems using root cause analysis.
• Track training processes and evaluate personnel performance.
• Report downtime and relevant issues to drive improvements.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to maintenance employees.
• Develop business plans for the Maintenance Department and guide their successful implementation.
• Lead and engage the maintenance crew to ensure high morale, strong commitment, and ownership.

Do you have what it takes?

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent) with strong experience in warehouse maintenance or manufacturing, ideally in multinational environments.
• Solid technical knowledge of materials, spare parts, machine safety, mechanics, pneumatics, electricity, and electronics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, SAP, or similar
• Advanced communication skills both in English and Spanish, verbally and in writing and comfortable in presenting complex ideas.
