Digital Marketing Specialist

Ventes has teamed up with a leading hospitality partner and is currently looking for an experienced Digital Advertising Specialist to join their growing digital marketing team. This role will be a key supporting member of the digital team and will be individually responsible for developing and executing cost-per-click (CPC) media strategies, managing media budgets, and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize campaign performance and achieve business objectives aligned with company goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience required
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience executing paid search media on platforms such as Google and Meta
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong understanding of CPC campaign structures and optimization tactics
• Proven ability to identify and execute optimization opportunities to improve campaign performance
• Ability to deliver insightful campaign performance analysis, both written and verbal
• Experience managing a large portfolio of campaigns
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of Google Analytics
• Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement paid media strategies, manage media budgets, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize campaign performance and achieve business objectives
• Leverage Google Ads and Meta Ads to manage large-scale digital marketing campaigns and analyze trends to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
• Continuously identify and execute campaign optimization opportunities to drive performance and efficiency
• Apply a data-driven approach to CPC campaign optimization and budget allocation
• Collaborate with a talented team of digital marketing, data, and technology professionals
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure key milestones and deadlines are met
• Identify and communicate digital and paid media trends
