About the Role

Are you ready to take your accounting expertise to the next level? Join us as a Senior Accountant and play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and supporting strategic decisions for our U.S. headquarters.

What You'll Do

• Reconcile account balances to ensure a smooth and timely monthly close process.
• Manage income, expenses, and commission tracking for Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, and other teams.
• Analyze monthly P&L and Balance Sheet variances, delivering actionable insights and reports to senior U.S. management.
• Ensure financial accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal policies, meeting all reporting deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain financial integrity and support business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a multinational setting.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a proactive approach.
• Ability to work on-site in Mitikah, Mexico City.
