Lead Software Engineer - Full stack/Frontend (Guadalajara)

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead CloudOps Software Engineer to lead the design and development of the core software systems that power our cloud deployment automation and tenant management platform. This is a hands‑on engineering role focused on building scalable, reliable, and maintainable applications that enable the provisioning, configuration, deployment, and lifecycle management of customer environments across a modern multi‑cloud SaaS ecosystem.

• esOwn the full‑stack design and implementation of the Tenant Manager platform, including tenant deployment workflows, infrastructure configuration manageme
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers in both software development and cloud deployment best practice
• Design and develop Infrastructure‑as‑code automation for Terraform, K8s, Snowflake, and while also executing customer tenant migrations in Analytics and Insight
• Manage and optimize AWS based (EKS) K8s clusters and workloads using Argo CD, Flux, and Hel

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with an emphasis on cloud‑based application deploym
