We are looking for a detail-oriented  Reservations Specialist to join our remote team and assist clients with booking and managing travel reservations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process travel reservations accurately and efficiently
• Assist clients with booking modifications and cancellations
• Verify reservation details and travel documentation
• Respond to reservation inquiries through phone, email, and chat
• Maintain accurate client and reservation records
• Coordinate with internal team members regarding booking requests
• Resolve routine reservation issues and escalate complex concerns
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work remotely and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with reservation systems or CRM software
• Previous travel, hospitality, or customer service experience
