Sr FrontEnd Software Engineer

We’re hiring Senior FrontEnd Engineers in Mexico City!

*This is a long-term project, hybrid on-site 3 days/week, with benefits and a direct contract with the company.

This opportunity is with a 250+ person Product & Engineering organization that builds technology to enable large-scale creative automation for some of the world’s leading brands, turning single ideas into high-performing global campaigns. The organization is also increasingly leveraging AI-driven workflows to generate, adapt, and optimize creative content at scale.

We’re currently looking for:

Senior FrontEnd Engineer: React + TypeScript

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, You Will:

• Take an end-to-end responsibility for complex projects from design to deployment.
• Find the smallest possible increments to deliver value to our customers as quickly as possible.
• Partner closely with Product and UX to dissect complex requirements into well-designed and well-executed software.
• Lead technical design decisions and tradeoffs, balancing long-term architecture with immediate product needs.
• Be a core contributor to our Engineering Group, ensuring our frontend and core packages remain performant and scalable.
• Act as a mentor and technical guide, elevating the team through constructive code reviews and sharing your expertise.
• Drive projects forward independently and proactively dispatching roadblocks.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building robust, complex web applications with a mastery of frontend development.
• Expertise in React and TypeScript, with a deep understanding of state management and performance optimization.
• Proven ability to drive projects independently, showing persistence and autonomy in the face of technical hurdles.
• Ambition and eagerness to excel and commitment to continuous growth
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
• Strong analytical skills to translate a broad product vision into actionable technical tasks.
• Motivation for solving customers' problems and delivering value to customers at a fast pace

We’re looking for engineers who:

• Have 5+ years of experience building complex web applications

• Communicate effectively in English
