E-commerce Project Manager

Summary:

Cart.com is seeking a Marketing professional to join our team. Our Marketing and Creative teams are responsible for developing and delivering exceptional, high-quality creative assets and content to consumers on behalf of Cart.com’s brand clients, while also articulating Cart.com’s value proposition to the CPG brand market.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders through email and occasional video calls.
• Coordinate communication between stakeholders, content teams, and creative teams to ensure alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Support the execution of content and creative projects by tracking progress, managing timelines, and helping teams stay on schedule.
• Review project requests and ensure all necessary information, assets, and requirements are available before work begins.
• Create and maintain project timelines, milestones, and status updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, resolve blockers, and ensure projects continue moving forward.
• Monitor workload allocation across creative resources and support project prioritization efforts.
• Perform quality assurance reviews on deliverables before submission to stakeholders.
• Share deliverables with stakeholders, collect feedback, and coordinate revisions with the appropriate teams.

Who You Are:

• You have a Bachelor’s degree Marketing, Digital Design, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration and Communications
• Attention to detail and clear expectation setter
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization and organizational skills
• Previous experience in a project management platform (Click-up, Asana, Monday.com preferred)
• Bonus if candidate has familiarity with eCommerce content deliverables, including but not limited to: paid media/social, affiliate, influencer, Product Detail Page and Store content
