Actividades:
- Coordinación y gestión de permisos de operación ante dependencias municipales y estatales.
- Gestión de trámites ante dependencias, instituciones y/o cualquier entidad gubernamental o privada.
- Preparación, revisión y elaboración de expedientes legales.
- Realización de trámites ante notarias y registro público.
- Redactar escritos oficiales, oficios, cartas y correos electrónicos para dependencias y corporativo.
- Soporte en la resolución de asesorías legales internas.
- Aseguramiento de plazos legales y normativos.
- Soporte en actividades generales del área.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia: Mínima de 2 a 3 años en al área. Conocimiento en interpretación de leyes y normativas aplicables en materia de derecho corporativo y materia civil.
- Escolaridad: Licenciatura en derecho o carrera a fin.
- Idiomas: Inglés intermedio (plus).
- Habilidad en redacción, ortografía, trabajo en equipo y atención al detalle.
- Visa vigente (plus).
- Automóvil (plus).
Sala y beneficios:
- Horario: Lunes a Viernes 9:00am a 5:00pm
- Salario: A tratar en entrevista
