Plans, schedules, coordinates and approves product release to the production planning systems based on material and capacity availability.**What a typical day looks like:*** Checking the possibility of the order fulfillment based on the available resources (materials, employees, equipment’s etc.), confirmation of the order.* Preparation of production plans, input of planning data into the integrated computer system of the company, notification of the purchasing group.* Monitoring, control of implementation of plans, starting necessary actions in case of deviations* Preparation of long-term plans, forecasts (MPS, Forecast).* Monitoring of system accuracy in daily/weekly bases /General Item data, routing, BOM, CFT data /non-consumed demand, planned WO's.* Preparing of Clean to build reports, checking the material availability, replanning if necessary, informing of order desk, ECO implementation tracing.* Monitoring of stock level, handling of stock differences.* Preparing management and CFT specificized reports, monitoring of KPI's.* Giving assistance, replacement in certain cases to SCM and Order desk within the CFT.* Advises non-exempt associates regarding day-to-day priority of customer requests.* Monitors and proactively addresses issues that impact performance to committed ship date (CSD), lead-time, response time, and inventory goals.* Coordinates and manages high-visibility and/or important customer programs.* May include initial customer or product startup initiatives or large customer programs.* Coordinates with Master Scheduler to manage product life cycle and related materials availability issues.* Drives process improvements inside and outside the area of Order Management.* Provides input to management, reschedules, and /or interfaces with customer program management, master scheduling, customers, and production control to reschedule production in the event of design changes, labor and material shortages, backlogs, and other potential schedule interruptions.* Represents Order Management on various Customer Focus Teams.* May also help inventory control, supply chain management, material planning, and scheduling.**The experience we’re looking to add to our team:*** Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.* Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years of related experience.* Demonstrates advanced functional and technical skills and basic process skills.* Demonstrates advanced/thorough knowledge of the function and Flex business.* Knowledge in Baan* Experience in personnel management* Flexible working hours availability**What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:*** Competitive Salary* Life & Medical Insurance* Christmas Bonus* Food Coupons* Saving Fund.* Life InsuranceGM13## ## Job CategoryGlobal Procurement & Supply ChainRequired Skills:Optional Skills:Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
