Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial, Mechanical, or related fields.
• Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional)
• Advanced English (ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing).
• Experience : 5 to 8 years of experience managing complex projects end-to-end.
• Experience managing cross-functional and international teams across multiple locations and time zones.
• Experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, engineering, or industrial projects.
• Project Management Methodologies: Advanced proficiency in Scrum, Kanban, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Digital Tools: Expert-level experience with project management software such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, or Trello.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex projects from planning to execution.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and applicable regulations.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients and suppliers.
