KAM - Offline & Beauty Retail | SHEGLAM

SHEGLAM is looking for a Key Account Sales Manager to lead the development and growth of our offline business in Mexico. This role will be responsible for managing key retail accounts, developing new business opportunities, and driving sales growth across beauty retailers, department stores, distributors, and other strategic channels.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the offline sales strategy and business development for SHEGLAM’s key accounts in Mexico.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing key accounts, identifying customer needs and developing joint business plans.
• Identify and develop new retail channels and potential key accounts to expand SHEGLAM’s offline presence.
• Own the sales cycle, including orders, shipments, collections, and overall account performance.
• Partner with Marketing and Brand teams to execute promotions, commercial initiatives, and in-store activities.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer data to identify growth opportunities and support business decisions.
• Monitor competitors and market developments, providing relevant insights to optimize commercial and product strategies.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with key customers and business partners.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in Key Account Sales, Channel Management, or Business Development , ideally within beauty, cosmetics, retail, or FMCG.
• Proven experience managing major retail accounts and commercial negotiations .
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate sales data into actionable insights.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel moderately as required.
• Strong English communication skills . Chinese is a plus.
• Experience working with international beauty, makeup, skincare, or cross-border brands is highly preferred
