El candidato ideal tiene más de 7 años en desarrollo backend y al menos 2 en arquitectura, con dominio de Java, C#, Node.js, Python o Go, y experiencia en APIs y eventos (Kafka, RabbitMQ) en entornos cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
