Global Resource & Capacity Lead

Link-Worldwide is looking for a General Resource and Performance Manager located in Mexico, Jalisco, Región Centro. This role will oversee resource allocation, capacity planning, and operational efficiency across a globally distributed team of ServiceNow professionals.
Qualified candidates will have 6+ years in Professional Services Consulting and a strong understanding of resource management, alongside exceptional interpersonal skills. The role includes data-driven decision-making and collaboration across cultures.
