Role Description
This is a full-time remote role as a Customer Operations Specialist. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring overall customer satisfaction, and promoting an excellent customer experience. Daily tasks include identifying and addressing customer needs, providing support via multiple communication channels, and using analytical skills to improve processes and customer outcomes.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Proficiency in enhancing Customer Experience and resolving customer issues
- Strong problem solving skills to identify and implement operational improvements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote team environment
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Payment
- $5560 - $7000 MXN weekly
