Key Accountabilities:

What you’ll do:

• Full-cycle recruitment for technical, professional, and leadership positions.
• Talent sourcing for hard-to-fill and niche roles.
• Executive search and passive candidate sourcing.
• Workforce planning and talent pipelining.
• Competency-based interviewing and candidate assessment.
• Offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
• Recruitment marketing and employer branding.

• Recruitment analytics and reporting tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Relationship building.
• Negotiation and influencing.
• Presentation and facilitation.
