Responsibilities:

• Ensure that each operation is carried out in a timely manner and in compliance with legislation
• Monitor and execute accurate compliance with the IMMEX and PROSEC Programs
• Validate balances and inventory in Annex 24 and Annex 31
• Carry out various procedures on Government web portals (VUCEM, SAT Portal)
• Functions required by CTPAT Certification (Work Programs)
• Analysis and filling of Certificates of Origin in accordance with International Treaties
• Preparation of reports for the end of the month (Customs Operation; Insurance Policy; GLOSA)
• Check tabulator and price services (A.A. and Carriers) are competitive
• To make KPIs in the area of Foreign Trade and present progress on each topic
• Perform internal audits, incident reporting, and follow-up on improvements.
• Review of export customs declarations and generation of consignment notes
• Generate presentations and didactic material for training (Foreign Trade Staff and CTPAT).
• Use safety equipment according to the personal protective equipment matrix.
• Application of the Quality Management Model "5 S's".

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, International Business, Foreign Trade, International Relations
