This role focuses on internal logistics, line‑side delivery, packaging and container flow, and the development of visual management tools. The engineer works cross‑functionally to ensure efficient part presentation, accurate inventory handling, and alignment with production requirements.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.2+ years of experience in manufacturing or materials flow.Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous‑improvement tools.Experience with data analysis, process mapping, and logistics flow optimization.Required QualificationsStrong understanding of internal logistics and material‑flow principles.Experience working with ERP systems and digital tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).Ability to collaborate with production, planning, warehouse, and logistics teams.Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to document processes and support continuous‑improvement efforts.Position OverviewThe Materials Flow Engineer designs and implements material‑flow systems that support production efficiency and operational reliability.
