Supply Chain Manager (Aldama)

As a Supply Chain Manager at Littelfuse, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, inventory control, and logistics.
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
- Ensure alignment between demand planning, production scheduling, and customer requirements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on‑time delivery, inventory turns, and forecast accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Operations, Finance, and Sales to support business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Identify risks in the supply chain and implement mitigation strategies.

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
